Erosive wrist and hand arthritis: is it a rare manifestation of Behcet's disease?

It is believed that arthritis in Behcet's disease is usually non-erosive and non-destructive. We report herein a 72-year-old female who presented with Behcet's disease and an erosive arthritis of the bilateral elbow, wrist, and metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joints, radiologically mimicking rheumatoid arthritis.
