[Dilaceration of permanent teeth after primary tooth trauma].

Milk tooth dislocations caused by accidents, especially intrusions and buccal dislocations, can cause considerable malformations of permanent teeth. These malformations occur at the level of the current crown or root formation zone at the time of the accident. Anything that is already fully mineralized is not or hardly affected.
