Behcet's disease (BD) is a rarely seen immune disease with multiple systems involvements. Among them, a cardiac manifestation is a severe and rare complication of BD. Here we reported a young man with BD, complicated with a right ventricular thrombus. Surgery was performed successfully to remove the intracardiac thrombus, and a 2-year follow-up failed to find any new symptoms and pathological findings. Our experience provided a better example for diagnosing and early surgical treatment for intracardiac thrombus of BD.
